Why Coffee? 
Researchers from South Korea experimented with rats who were deprived of sleep. When they exposed some of the deprived people, to coffee aromas their brain proteins started to change. These proteins have antioxidant abilities which make the nerve cells protect themselves from stress.

Only by the exposure to the smell of the coffee, rats stressed from sleep deprivation almost instantly put their stress levels under control.

While the control group which wasn’t exposed to the smell of the coffee showed no change and their brains didn’t have these proteins present.

Coffee can make people feel happier, and it’s probably the second most important reason people drink it.

According to doctors, positive thinking skills lead to lower rates of depression, less stress and anxiety, greater resistance to common illnesses, and a healthier cardiovascular system.

What is Positive thinking?

In a simple context, positive thinking means making a choice each and every day to appreciate life and all the variety that comes with it.

Reading the positive words of others is one way to promote mental wellbeing. It can also be therapeutic to write positive words about life.

If you want a different perspective in life, you have to be willing to try different approaches, positive thinking requires a little commitment each day. 

What commitment shall we take today?

Starting from Monday, December 20, 2021, let's take 5  days challenge. 

Will start to share positive words in a form of an article, video, statement, etc so that you will affirm, and live the positive word through rehearsing, discussing, and sharing to your friend, family, or team during your coffee break time. 
 
Sharing a POSITIVE Word  PROMOTE our MENTAL WELLBEING. What do we wait for, let's get started !!! Let's add this nuance (new habit) to our daily habits. We have a habit of drinking coffee/tea after lunch, let's integrate reading a positive word during this time.
