![]() Festivals around the world, As long as people have lived together in communities, festivals are unavoidable, it seems we have had a longing to celebrate together as a group. Festival celebrations take place in all cultures, all over the globe and for lots of different reasons. Religion, music, food...etc Many of the world’s biggest festivals have their basis in religion. A special occasion of feasting and celebration, feasts have long been used by religious followers to honor Gods. Some of the most famous religious festivals include Christmas, Hanukkah, Diwali, Passover, Easter, Holi and Eid al-Adha, which all serve to mark out the year. Let’s see some of the colorful festivals The Holi Festival in India is definitely the most colorful. Also known as the Color Throwing Festival, it takes place in March every year. It is observed by Hindus and Sikhs, with bonfires being lit and colored powder and water being thrown at one another for a truly unforgettable sight. Holy week procession of Semana Santa in Antigua: To mark the start of Holy Week, towns throughout Guatemala host celebrations featuring giant floats with enormous statues of Jesus and the Virgin Mary, wafting incense, and sumptuous costumes. Adam focuses on one tree that he doesn’t have, and finely he failed and loses what he has. Currently, so many individuals, societies, and nations are keeping repeating the same Adam mistake.

In order to grow as a human being, we should build our capacity to live in harmony with all nature!. We can not be developed or grow unless our lives become reconnected and in balance, cooperation, and harmony with nature. This week is all about to remind to living in harmony with nature, During our 4 day journey, we try to recall, some powerful nature around us. We know this nature before, but positively knowing, reminding, and utilizing the benefit from this nature has a big difference, then knowing only. Majority of people wait until they feel thirsty to drink water, when they have already lost around 2%-3% of their body's water. Being dehydrated by just 2% impairs performance in mental and physical tasks. Dehydration is the result of your body not having enough water. And because water is imperative to so many bodily functions, dehydration can be very dangerous. Severe dehydration can result in a number of severe complications, including: swelling in your brain, kidney failure, seizures, also affects your strength, power, and endurance. One particular species, Prochlorococcus, is the smallest photosynthetic organism on Earth. This little bacteria produces up to 20% of the oxygen in our entire biosphere. Let’s back to our power house “oxygen” Oxygen is the most important nutrition of our cells, every function in our body is dependent on oxygen, and it is the power for our body and muscles. Oxygen is the element that our cells need to create energy, to keep us going and to make us perform at higher levels. Increased levels of oxygen help us perform better, giving energy to both our mind and body. If we lack oxygen we are not able to perform physically, and we will feel tired and experience fatigue. Is your current breathing optimal? Optimal breathing has a great influence on our health and well-being since it is directly linked to the oxygen level in our body. A healthy adult takes between 12 and 20 breaths per minute. But we should actually all take a much lower number of breaths - around 6-8 breaths per minute. Despite the large numbers of breaths we take, most of us are still not aware that we do not breathe optimally.
