Positive thinking  Improves Ageing  and Resiliency!
Many scalars define ageing as the loss of ability to rapidly and completely recover from illness called resiliency. Currently, human death rates from disease increase exponentially with time. Essentially, chance of death – from cancer, heart disease and many infections, for example – roughly doubles every eight to nine years.

Positive thinking Improve  Resiliency!

Studies show that how we perceive aging affects our longevity;

A 2019 study found that positive thinking about age can result in an 11–15% longer lifespan and a stronger likelihood of living to age 85 or older.

Positive thinking about aging increase a person's will to live, making them more resilient to illness and more proactive about health. That's because adjusting your opinion on aging while you're still young can build a positive perspective that can have a tremendous effect on your life expectancy. Those with a positive outlook are also likely to experience less stress, reducing their likelihood of developing chronic diseases or disorders.

Living in Harmony with Nature is the starting point to build a successful life, 

In order to grow as a human being, we should build our capacity to live in harmony with all nature!. We can not be developed or grow unless our lives become reconnected and in balance, cooperation, and harmony with nature.

This week is all about to remind to living in harmony with nature, During our 4 day journey, we try to recall, some powerful nature around us. We know this nature before, but positively knowing, reminding, and utilizing the benefit from this nature has a big difference, then  knowing only.

That is why we say, investing our coffee break time to remind this powerful nature around us has a mining. 

If you remember,  the little bacteria around the ocean produce 20% of the oxygen on earth. This is a great indication that every nature and every human being created on the earth has its own purpose...

So, we can say the first step of any growth starts from CREATING A COMMUNITY WHERE THERE IS HARMONY WITH NATURE. 

A community where there is harmony, of human with human and human with other nature is very critical, as all have equal living rights and have a purpose, to support our growth.

Currently, the world is moving in the opposite directions and we are observing so many challenges  every day, (conflict, health issues etc). So many scholars are now trying to advocate for the harmonious coexistence of humans with humans and humans with nature, they are advising to rationally develop and utilize resources, pay attention to environmental issues, and build the future of human growth connected to nature.

Hit optimal Hydration,

Your hydration level depends on your daily water intake.

Majority of people wait until they feel thirsty to drink water, when they have already lost around 2%-3% of their body's water. Being dehydrated by just 2% impairs performance in mental and physical tasks. Dehydration is the result of your body not having enough water. And because water is imperative to so many bodily functions, dehydration can be very dangerous.

Severe dehydration can result in a number of severe complications, including: swelling in your brain, kidney failure, seizures, also affects your strength, power, and endurance. 


Let’s see the % of water level in our Body,

According to a study published in 1945 and still widely cited, the amount of water in our body counts like this:-
  • Heart and brain is 73%;
  • Lungs are 83%,Muscles and kidneys are 79%;
  • Skin is 64%, and
  • Bones are around 31%.
Make sure you drink enough water; among other here are the top 4 benefit you will gain:
  • It helps you maximize physical performance;
  • It improves blood oxygen circulation;
  • It helps boost energy;
  • It helps improve mood (stay calm and Positive);
How much should you drink to hit optimal?

Being attentive to the amount of water you drink each day is important for optimal health. Most people drink when they’re thirsty, which helps regulate daily water intake.

According to the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, general water intake (from all beverages and foods) that meet most people’s needs are:
  • About 15.5 cups of water (125 ounces) each day for men
  • About 11.5 cups (91 ounces) daily for women
People get about 20 percent of their daily water intake from food. The rest is dependent on drinking water and water-based beverages.
So, ideally
men would consume about 100 ounces (3.0 liters) of water from beverages, and women, about 73 ounces (2.12 liters) from beverages.

           90% of our energy comes from “oxygen”!
 


Ocean , is one of the powerful source of oxygen. Scientists estimate that 50%-80% of the oxygen production on Earth comes from the ocean. The majority of this production is from oceanic plankton, drifting plants, algae, and some bacteria that can photosynthesize. One particular species, Prochlorococcus, is the smallest photosynthetic organism on Earth.

This little bacteria produces up to 20% of the oxygen in our entire biosphere. That’s a higher percentage than all of the tropical rainforests on land combined.

Let’s back to our power house “oxygen”

Oxygen is the most important nutrition of our cells, every function in our body is dependent on oxygen, and it is the power for our body and muscles.

Oxygen is the element that our cells need to create energy, to keep us going and to make us perform at higher levels. Increased levels of oxygen help us perform better, giving energy to both our mind and body.

If we lack oxygen we are not able to perform physically,  and we will feel tired and experience fatigue.

Is your current breathing optimal?

Optimal breathing has a great influence on our health and well-being since it is directly linked to the oxygen level in our body. A healthy adult takes between 12 and 20 breaths per minute. But we should actually all take a much lower number of breaths - around 6-8 breaths per minute.

Despite the large numbers of breaths we take, most of us are still not aware that we do not breathe optimally.

Today coffee break nuance: integrated this 4 simple  action as one part of your coffee break activity, and boost the level of oxygen in your body:

1. Take a Fresh open Air, 

Fresh air, bring you additional amounts of oxygen to your lungs and you feel energized.

2. Drink water, 
 Human lose on average about 400 milliliters of water per day. 
In order to oxygenate and expel carbon dioxide, your lungs need to be hydrated.  

3. Eat iron-rich foods, ( Your Lunch)

Certain foods can help improve the oxygen levels in your blood. Iron is a mineral needed for our red blood cells, the cells that transport blood around the body. Great sources of iron-rich foods are green leafy vegetables like kale and broccoli, fruits such as apples, and lean proteins such as eggs, poultry, and fish.

4. Movement (or Exercise )

The better we are at obtaining and utilizing oxygen through making movement , the more energy our cells are able to produce. Increased oxygen utilization will, therefore, strengthen our endurance.

This is a form of depression triggered by the changing seasons. So, you’re more likely to experience this type of depression in the wintertime, when the days are shorter.

Due to this connection, one of the main treatments for depression with seasonal patterns is light therapy, also known as phototherapy. Anxiety-related disorders and panic attacks have also been linked with changing seasons and reduced sunlight.

You may ask what about darkness or sunset?

The night darkness triggers the brain to make another hormone called melatonin. This hormone is responsible for helping you sleep. Also, it has powerful antioxidant benefits that could help lower the risk of eye diseases, such as age-related macular degeneration. That is why night time sun light exposure is not recommended.

Why Coffee? 
Researchers from South Korea experimented with rats who were deprived of sleep. When they exposed some of the deprived people, to coffee aromas their brain proteins started to change. These proteins have antioxidant abilities which make the nerve cells protect themselves from stress.

Only by the exposure to the smell of the coffee, rats stressed from sleep deprivation almost instantly put their stress levels under control.

While the control group which wasn’t exposed to the smell of the coffee showed no change and their brains didn’t have these proteins present.

Coffee can make people feel happier, and it’s probably the second most important reason people drink it.
